A new collaboration

Welcome to Le Mouton Carré (The Square Sheep), a company aiming to expand internationally, which I now have the pleasure of advising. Under the artistic direction of Bénédicte Gougeon, Le Mouton Carré creates puppet and object theater performances characterized by a constant exploration of visual expression and a deep understanding of how to connect with young audiences. Starting from the company’s aspirations and questions, we took the time needed to get off to the best possible start, asking ourselves which regions of the world were the most promising and what business models could limit risks without sacrificing the opportunity to reach these new audiences. And there you have it—Mouton Carré will soon be stepping out into the world!
