Ludilo
A bright and playful creation, based on play as a fundamental aspect of personal development.
As a genuine way of understanding the world, play allows children to become familiar with their surroundings, learn to manage their emotions and develop empathy, practice decision-making, expand their imagination, and—most importantly—build their self-confidence. Play is the foundation of self-identity.
Everything is a game in the life of a toddler, who, through repeated attempts and serendipitous discoveries, immerses themselves in the joy of experimentation. We explore this relationship between children and play.
In a circular space, two actress-puppeteers create worlds made of toys through a choreography of movement and sound.
In childhood games, just as in the theater, all it takes is a glance, a gesture, or the desire to believe, and already we’re imagining life…
Little by little, thanks to the magic that arises from the way we look at an object and transforms it, a poetry of everyday life emerges, carrying the audience into more dreamlike realms.
Guided by visual, gestural, and sound elements, young viewers recognize a world they already know, yet are able to rise from the concrete to the imaginary.
A recurring motif, the figure of the little wooden train returns like punctuation—always the same and yet each time slightly different—revealing the path traveled…
