ConCordis – The heart
What makes a heart beat?
In 2019, Nina’s heart—eager to embrace the world—leapt from her chest and transformed into a miniature Lambe-Lambe theater—this incredibly generous and intimate form of miniature theater, designed for one spectator at a time, which originated in Brazil.
A heart so vast that it extends beyond the contours of the artist’s body. She holds it open in her arms and invites the viewer to draw near. Inside, a tiny being and unexpected miniature worlds are revealed, in a sensitive journey toward what makes her heart beat.
A nonverbal, music-driven performance, ConCordis invites the audience to a deeply sensory experience in which looking into another’s heart becomes a way to rediscover one’s own.
